Certified Iyengar yoga and Pilates instructor in Sofia since 2014. Savelia Stoykova is certified at Introductory II level by the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial Yoga Institute (RIMYI) in Pune, India. She teaches group classes, private lessons, online sessions, and runs international yoga retreats. The Iyengar method emphasises precise alignment, sustained holds, and the therapeutic use of props — blocks, belts, chairs, and ropes. Suitable for every level: beginners, people with back pain or postural issues, advanced practitioners, and students returning to practice after 40. Classes run across four Sofia studios plus online.
