My name is Savelia and I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years. I am an experienced and dedicated Iyengar Yoga instructor, certified at Introductory II level by the prestigious Iyengar Yoga Institute in Pune, India. I teach beginner and intermediate classes. The practices are precisely structured according to the students' abilities and the purpose of the class — standing poses, forward and back bends, inverted poses, restorative asanas. I always consider the needs of practitioners by offering different ways to build a pose, depending on physical condition and age.
