Yoga Retreats with Savelia
Immerse yourself in practice away from everyday life.
Overview
Our retreats combine intensive Iyengar yoga practice with deep respect for the local landscape and culture. Each retreat runs 4 to 7 days with daily morning and evening practices, free time for rest, and opportunities to explore the region. Groups are kept intentionally small (maximum 14 participants) so that Savelia can give individual attention to every practitioner. Retreats are open to all levels — we use Iyengar props to adapt each pose to your body and experience.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this retreat suitable for beginners?
Yes. Every practice is adapted with Iyengar props (blocks, belts, chairs) to the experience level of each participant — from first-timers to advanced students. The Iyengar method is particularly suited to beginners because it teaches precise alignment from the start.
