Intermediate classes build on the foundations learned in beginner classes. Practitioners are introduced to inversions, more complex backbends and forward bends, along with longer holds for building endurance and inner stillness.

What the Class Includes
The class includes pranayama (breathing techniques), standing poses with longer holds, inversions like Sirsasana (headstand) and Sarvangasana (shoulderstand), and concludes with deep relaxation.
Prerequisites
At least 6 months of regular beginner-level practice is recommended. You should feel comfortable with foundational standing poses and forward bends.

Am I ready for intermediate level?
If you have been practicing regularly for at least 6 months and feel confident in the basic poses, you can try. The teacher will help with modifications as needed.
Will we do headstand?
Yes, inversions are an important part of the intermediate level. They are introduced gradually with full prop support.
